5-MeO-DMT retreat in Portugal: 2 sessions

5-MeO-DMT is one of the most potent doorways into consciousness known to us. Where classical psychedelics tend to unfold in colour and imagery, 5-MeO-DMT moves in a different way. It does not show you a world; it swiftly, and often overwhelmingly, dissolves the one who is looking.
Within moments, the familiar boundaries of the self are swept away. What remains is often described as a vast, luminous stillness: a merging with everything and nothing at once, a return to pure awareness itself. The journey is brief, usually ten to thirty minutes, yet many carry its echo with them for a long time after.
Current research into 5-MeO-DMT highlights its potential to treat mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, ptsd and addictions. 

During this 2-day retreat you’ll get to experience 2 full 5-MeO-DMT sessions, 2 5-MeO-DMT vape sessions and a holotropic breath session. The experience with the vape pen is milder (although it can be profound!) and can help you deepen/lengthen the earlier session.
Group size will be maximum 7 to ensure everyone gets full attention and support.

Breathwork
Through the powerful technique of connected (holotropic) breathing, energy that has stagnated in your system, often linked to unprocessed emotions, can begin to release. Each journey is unique: you might experience physical sensations, waves of emotion, or moments that feel deeply spiritual.
