Huachuma (San Pedro), is a sacred cactus native to the Andes and revered for thousands of years by Indigenous cultures. Known as a gentle yet powerful heart medicine, Huachuma opens the gates of perception, allowing us to see with clarity, compassion, and truth. Unlike Ayahuasca’s deep inward journey, Huachuma often brings a more grounded and heart- centered experience. In nature-based ceremonies, it helps us connect deeply with the Earth, with others, and with the wisdom of our own hearts. Often called the “Grandfather”, Huachuma teaches with loving strength. It may guide you through:

Experienced and dedicated guides create a safe and loving space where you are deeply held, and everything is welcome. The process starts with an intake video call where we help you prepare mentally, clarify your intention, and offer integration support after the retreat.

You will be staying at a stunning retreat center close to Deventer, just 200 meters from a large forest: a big terrain with a beautiful house with 4 bedrooms for 10 participants, 2 toilets and 2 showers, a kitchen/living area, a separate ceremony space with floor heating and a wood stove, an extra toilet/shower and kitchen, a small swimming pond, many trees/flowers, fruits/vegetables.
